Non-Binary Top Surgery in Atlanta, GA

Non-binary top surgery involves a variety of procedures that alter gender characteristics in the chest area. This allows patients to look less like the gender they were assigned at birth and more like who they actually are, whether or not they conform to a specific gender. Unlike Male To Female (MTF) and Female To Male (FTM) transgender top surgeries (TTS), non-binary surgeries do not alter general characteristics to be purely female or male.

Dr. Singh and Dr. Abboushi perform non-binary top surgery for gender-fluid and gender-non-conforming patients from around the U.S. They work with their patients to help better align their physical traits with how they feel, which can help them feel more at ease in their own bodies, easing or eliminating gender dysphoria.

Gender-non-confirming and non-binary surgical procedures generally take between two and four hours and vary depending on the type of surgery required.

These procedures are customized for those individuals who do not identify as "traditionally" male or female. This may mean undergoing top surgery to reduce but not completely remove a patient's breasts, or to contour their chest in a way that is less masculine but also not typically female, i.e. the addition of breast implants.

Like all surgeries performed at Panacea, they are tailored to each patient's distinct needs and goals, allowing them to feel more comfortable in their own skin.

Candidates for non-binary top surgery are those who have already considered the full implications and effects of beginning a physical transition to another gender. Candidates must also have realistic expectations of surgery.

I recently underwent top surgery about 9 months ago with Dr. Abboushi and my experience was AMAZING!! The results came out better than I’ve ever expected, with VERY minimal scarring which was my biggest fear. The staff has been nothing short of courteous, friendly, welcoming, and of course, AMAZING! I would definitely recommend Panacea for all of your cosmetic needs, especially to my LGBTQ+ family. Thanks again for the amazing, life changing experience.

During the recovery period after non-binary top surgery, you can expect a phase of rest and healing, typically lasting several weeks, where activities and physical exertion are limited to provide proper healing.
