EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Maria Tolcher earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in 1999. In 2005, Maria completed her master’s degree in nursing at Georgia State University and began her career as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Maria has amassed a wide array of skills and abilities over the past 25 years in her role as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. As an inpatient Nurse Practitioner, Maria has practiced in the ICU at Stanford University and acute care SCI and ABI at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Maria’s outpatient practice includes family and pediatric medicine beginning at Clinica la Luna y el Sol in Oakland, California and continuing today at Intown Adolescent and Pediatric Medicine in Decatur, Georgia.
In 2016, Maria began her Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Laser Practitioner practice as the founding provider at Skin ReMEDI in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2024, after 8 years of honing her craft, Maria has joined Kimberly Sing, MD and Nour Abboushi, MD at Panacea Plastic Surgery where she will continue to provide her patients with aesthetic injectables and laser treatments.
