Their esthetician and laser specialist, Heather Schardan, does fabulous work and is one of the kindest persons you’ll ever meet. I can’t recommend her enough. Also, Dr. Abboushi is a wiz in applying injectables. He applies just enough but not too much in all the right places so that you look refreshed and more youthful not overdone. An added plus, he’s a really nice guy! And it’s not just the medical staff that are wonderful. Carinne Gates-Walker, front desk receptionist, and Grace McPeeks, Spa development and patient experience manager, are as good as it gets in customer service. Heather is an excellent and astute aesthetician at Panacea. I am a very cautious and sometimes anxious patient. I calm myself by asking a lot of questions about the treatments I have. Heather is always so knowledgeable and patient with me. She always patiently answers all my questions. She truly is an expert when it comes to treating the face!
