Lily Smith is an Esthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner specializing in corrective skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments. She began her career in 2020 after graduating from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics, quickly developing a passion for treating sensitive and acne-prone skin.
She went on to spend three years with Atlanta Acne Specialists, where she refined her expertise in acne management and skin coaching—guiding clients through customized routines and corrective treatment plans. Lily has also worked in leading medical spa settings, including Ideal Image and Dermani Medspa, where she expanded her experience in advanced aesthetic technologies and client care. In 2025, she earned her Assistant Laser Practitioner license, further elevating her ability to deliver transformative results.
In addition to facial skincare, Lily brings experience in body contouring, including CoolSculpting, offering patients non-surgical options that complement surgical procedures. She also specializes in full-body skin rejuvenation, addressing concerns such as texture, tone, laxity, and overall skin health to enhance results beyond contour alone. Her well-rounded background allows her to support clients in achieving their goals through a comprehensive, personalized approach to aesthetic care.
Lily’s passion for skincare is deeply personal. Having acne-prone and sensitive skin herself, she understands the emotional impact skin concerns can have on confidence and self-image. She is committed to creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where every client feels seen, heard, and supported.
With over five years of experience and hundreds of clients treated, Lily takes a thoughtful, analytical approach to skin and body assessment while maintaining an artistic eye for balance and natural-looking results. Her appreciation for art—instilled by her mother, an art teacher and illustrator—inspires her approach to aesthetics, where she views each treatment as a blend of science and artistry.
A proud Atlanta native, Lily was raised in the south metro area and still calls that area home. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family. At Panacea Plastic Surgery & Med Spa, Lily is dedicated to delivering results while helping every client feel confident, educated, and empowered in their skin.

Lily the new aesthetician at Panacea was excellent! It was the best & most informative facial I’ve ever had. She analyzed my skin routine, made suggestions but didn’t try to sell me on expensive products or more invasive procedures. She did ,however, inform me on what procedures & products were available to improve mature skin. She recommended I add a vitamin C serum to give my skin more radiance. Since the facial my skin looks radiant, hydrated & improved. I will be a regularly getting my facials from Lily from now on!
